Barbara Wolke joined the Convention & Visitors Bureau staff in 2003. She has three decades of experience in the sales and hospitality industry. She earned industry designations as a Certified Tennessee Tourism Professional from the Tennessee Tourism Roundtable, Travel Marketing Professional from the Southeast Tourism Society and Certified Hospitality Sales Professional from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Barbara is a member of the National Association of Sports Commissions, Play Tennessee, Tennessee Society of Association Executives, Southeast Festivals & Events and the Tennessee Hospitality and Tourism Association.

She received the A.F. Bridges Award from the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association and the Rutherford County Impact Award from the Nashville Business Journal. She is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Training Course, Leadership Rutherford, and the Transit Citizen Leadership Academy. She currently serves on the Southeast Tourism Society Board of Directors.
